Horis peractis undecim

  1. Labor diúrnus tránsiit
    quo, Christe, nos condúxeras;
    da iam colónis víneæ
    promíssa dona glóriæ.

  2. Mercéde quos nunc ádvocas,
    quos ad futúrum múneras,
    nos in labóre ádiuva
    et post labórem récrea.

  3. Sit, Christe, rex piíssime,
    tibi Patríque glória
    cum Spíritu Paráclito,
    in sempitérna sæcula. Amen.
  1. The daily labor for which you contracted us,
    has now passed, O Christ;
    now grant the promised gifts of glory
    to the workers of your vineyard.

  2. The wages to which you now call us,
    which you reward for the future,
    help us in our labor
    and refresh us when we rest.

  3. Glory to you, Christ, most blessed king,
    and to the Father,
    with the Holy Spirit,
    into eternal ages. Amen.
